To make the liner easier, I would sketch it out with a black eyeshadow and thin brush, then go over that with the Kat Von D liquid eyeliner in Trooper. Use Urban Decay Perversion liner on the upper and lower waterline. Also, having a small gem that you can attach with lash glue will look better than the UD Heavy Metal Glitter eyeliner I grabbed to create a gem.
