Blend Bunny Lure Palette Review

Blend Bunny Lure Palette Review, swatches, makeup inspiration and ideas by Cordelia Frost

Hello, Hex Squad! Today I’m sharing my long overdue Blend Bunny Lure Palette Review. It’s no secret that I adore the Lure palette, and I’ve been meaning to share my thoughts on it. This palette is currently tied with the Bellabeautébar Basic Witch as my most-used favorite—and both are absolutely stunning. Today, let’s focus on the beautiful, cool-toned allure of the Lure palette. I purchased it just over a year ago, and it has quickly become a staple in my makeup collection.

About the Blend Bunny Lure Palette

Inside the cool toned Lure Eyeshadow Palette

The Blend Bunny Lure Palette is a mesmerizing collection of cool-toned eyeshadows featuring 24 enchanting, mermaid-inspired shades. This palette offers carefully curated trios of transition, midtone, and depth colors in stunning hues of green, turquoise, blue, pink, purple, and versatile neutrals. And let’s not forget the shimmering eyeshadows included to add that extra sparkle to your look.

Inside the Palette

Inside the Blend Bunny Lure Palette, a review by Cordelia Frost

The Lure Palette packaging is both sturdy and lightweight, crafted from cardboard adorned with a captivating mermaid scale print. While it doesn’t include a mirror, that’s never been an issue for me—I’m too enchanted by the gorgeous shades inside to notice!

I absolutely adore the light-to-dark color gradient in each column of this palette—it truly satisfies my love for organized beauty. This thoughtful arrangement not only pleases the eye but also makes it so much easier for makeup beginners to visualize which eyeshadow combinations work well together. In my opinion, every palette should organize shades from light to dark (or dark to light) for simplicity and ease of use. I really dislike chaotic eyeshadow palette layouts that make it challenging to create cohesive looks.

Blend Bunny Lure Palette Swatches

I was inspired by a lovely redditor on IndieMakeupAndMore to swatch each quad together on my hand. I love the little color stories they make. Swatches are on bare skin.

Lure Palette Shade Descriptions

There are no official shade descriptions for me to include in my Blend Bunny Lure Palette review, so I’ll share mine with you because I feel they really help. Why I Love the Blend Bunny Lure Palette

I can’t rave enough about the Blend Bunny Lure palette—it’s simply fantastic! The matte formula delivers rich pigmentation yet remains incredibly blendable and buildable. You won’t face that frustrating issue where too much pigment makes blending difficult. Instead, these shadows glide on smoothly, allowing you to create seamless looks with ease. The colors are truly cool-toned and look absolutely stunning on my very fair, neutral cool skin tone.

The shimmer shades significantly improve upon those in the Blend Bunny Surge palette. They’re lovely and delicate, adding just the right amount of shine to make your looks pop.

If you ever struggle to find high quality purple mattes, look no further than the Lure palette. All of the mattes in it perform beautifully for me. You’ll enjoy the light transition shades, as they make blending out the edges of your eyeshadow a dream.

Finally, I adore the nomenclature. Instead of overly sexualized or boring names, you have fun mermaid, pirate and fantasy related ones.

All-Day Wear

One standout feature is the longevity. All of the eyeshadows provide all-day wear without creasing or fading, especially when I use my Devinah Prelusion Eye Base Primer (and here’s a tip—you can use code CORDELIA to save 10% at Devinah).

Incredible Value

This palette offers spectacular value, which I absolutely had to include in my Blend Bunny Lure Palette review. Priced at $46 for 24 shades, each eyeshadow costs around $1.92. Even better, when it’s on sale for $35, the price per eyeshadow drops to just $1.46. That’s an amazing deal for such high-quality products!

A Small Downside

The only thing I don’t love is that the palette contains talc. If you’re sensitive to this ingredient, keep that in mind.

Is the Blend Bunny Lure Palette Right for You?

If you love cool-toned makeup, mermaid-inspired colors, and vibrant shades, you need the Blend Bunny Lure Palette in your collection. It’s perfect for anyone who enjoys experimenting with bright, captivating looks. However, if you prefer warmer tones or more neutral colors, this palette might not be the best fit for you. I hope you enjoyed my Blend Bunny Lure Palette Review!
