Blackmilk High Priestess Crew Neck Cropped Tank

Blackmilk High Priestess Crew Neck Cropped Tank #bmhighpriestesscrewneckcroppedtank

You know I love my BlackMilk clothing! The Blackmilk High Priestess Crew Neck Cropped Tank is very cool! I treat it as a reversible top. I really should do a fun little try-on video with all my BlackMilk clothing.

LA Girl Instant Finish Multi-use Tinted Primer

LA Girl Instant Finish Multi-use Tinted Primer is my new makeup obsession! It is perfect for me for quick makeup days. LA Girl claims that it is a versatile, multi-use primer to help primer, cover, blur and smooth skin. They state it has a lightweight mousse texture with a soft matte finish. Instant Finish Multi-use Tinted Primer is available in 6 shades at LA Girl’s Website and 2 at Ulta. I use shade Light.

I highly recommend waiting 1 to 2 minutes after you apply LA Girl Instant Finish Multi-use Tinted Primer for it to set completely. Once set, then you can apply other products on top. Because of its unique texture, it looks best on my skin if I apply it with my fingertips and then go back with a brush to make sure I get it smoothed out.

I’ve been experimenting with using Instant Finish Multi-use Tinted Primer under liquid, cream and powder foundations. It works beautifully for me with all three. However, with the amount of coverage that it provides for me, I typically just want a pressed baked mineral powder to use on top. LA Girl Instant Finish Multi-use Tinted Primer makes me feel like I’ve got an Instagram filter on my skin and I feel beautiful when wearing it.

Recently, I took LA Girl Instant Finish Multi-use Tinted Primer with me for a weekend getaway for minimal makeup. It was perfect for making me feel beautiful without having to spend too much time on my makeup. It also held up well through me hot tubbing!

Baked Pressed Mineral Foundations

I’m in search of cruelty-free baked pressed mineral foundations made without talc. It’s been surprisingly difficult to find, so if you have a recommendation to share, please do! I’m not interested in having to hand press loose mineral foundations right now, though I’ve done that in the past.

Laura Geller Fair Baked Balance-n-Brighten Foundation and Laura Geller Porcelain Baked Balance-n-Glow Foundation are both pretty, but both made with talc. Between the two, I prefer the Baked Balance-n-Brighten Foundation. I can’t use the Baked Balance-n-Glow Foundation all over as it gives me weird Tin Man vibes, but it’s great applied strategically to the high points of my face. I’ve also used shade Medium in the Baked Balance-n-Brighten Foundation to add more dimension to my cheekbones.

Buxom Powerful Plum Lip Liner

I would love to find an eyebrow pencil that matches my Manic Panic Pink Warrior hair, but have yet to locate one. Since I don’t own one, I used the Buxom Powerful Plum Lip Liner as my eyebrow pencil. I miss the days of edgy makeup brands that made bold products like this. Yes, I really want a deep, cool-toned pink brow pencil. I’m planning to stick to my pink and black hair for the foreseeable future.

Orlando

Dave and I, along with the beautiful Ami, took a weekend getaway in Orlando. We took Ami to Medieval Times for her first time. I love seeing the beautiful Andalusian horses and the magnificent falcons and consider them the stars of the experience. The sword fighting and combat is fun too, especially when the knights make sparks fly. I may or may not have cheered extra loud, until I hurt my throat.

Final Thoughts

Buxom Powerful Plum Lip Pencil used as a brow pencil

I love monochromatic makeup looks and really enjoy wearing bold pink makeup! Matching my makeup to my hair is a lot of fun. I know the current makeup trend is towards minimal makeup, but I’m not really a minimal makeup person. In general, I love to be extra with my makeup.

Which of my new palettes do you want to see me do looks from next? Here’s the three you have to choose from: Adept Cosmetics Cyborg Choir palette, Bella Beauté Bar Basic Witch palette, and VE Cosmetics OG Blood Moon palette. I’ll feature all three of this, I just want to know which you want to see first!
