  2. WOW I guess I never really thought about it before the different ways to fix sweet potatoes. My mother loves her sweet potatoes and fixes them at least 4 times a week. If hungry and does not know what she wants she fixes sweet potatoes. When she bakes them she throws a few in the refrigerator to fix for breakfast. She makes fried sweet potatoes that are out of this world. I am going to print thi list out and see what she might want to make. I have to say my favorite would be Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges With Maple And Cinnamon Recipe
