Non-Glam Beauty Essentials

When it comes to Non-Glam Beauty Essentials, I buy them all on Amazon. Amazon has the best deals on these products and they make it so easy to pick them up. Plus, as a Prime Member, I love the 2-day shipping offered on most things. You can even make it so you never run out with Amazon’s subscribe and save feature.

My Non-Glam Beauty Essentials

Here are all the essentials that I buy on Amazon. They may not be as exciting as a new eyeshadow palette, but they’re certainly necessary.

1. Precision Tips Cotton Swabs
I love keeping precision tips cotton swabs around. I use them to clean up brows, eyeliner, lipsticks, as well as nail polish.

2. Regular Cotton Swabs
I also keep regular cotton swabs around to blend out color along the lower lash line.

3. Swisspers Cotton Rounds
I use these for removing my makeup as well as my nail polish.

4. Ardell Demi Wispies 6 pack
I buy these multipacks of Ardell Demi Wispies for lashes. I usually try to make 1 set of lashes last me a week.

5. Duo Brush-On Lash Adhesive
Duo Brush-On Lash Adhesive is a latex-free lash glue that’s easy to brush onto false lash strips. It’s really hard to overdo the glue with this application method.

6. Disposable Mascara Wands
I use these for both mascara on my lashes and for my brows.

7. Heat Resistant Glove for Hair Styling
I always manage to lose these so I buy the two pack.

8. Mirror & Makeup Organizer
I bought this recently because it has a pull out 10x magnification mirror.

9. Nature’s Way Coconut Oil
I use this as makeup remover. I like buying the large 32 oz size.

10. Ocean Potion SPF 50
Ocean Potion SPF 50 is my go-to body SPF. I pick it up directly from Ocean Potion on Amazon.

11. Tree Hut Shave Oil
I love the Tree Hut Shave Oil. I use it for my legs, underarms and face. (I shave the peach fuzz off my face.)

12. Halo Razor
I just recently found this Halo Razor. It’s very similar to the Venus razor I used to use, and it’s cruelty free.

13. Bubble Wand Curling Iron Set
While I have the nume bubble wand curler, I found this set with 7 different interchangeable barrels that looks amazing. I like having a good, all-in-one type tool.

14. Paul Mitchell Lumina Flat Iron
I have the blue-purple version of this holographic silver flat iron. Love it!

15. Eva NYC Dry Shampoo
Eva NYC makes my favorite Dry shampoo and you can now pick it up from Amazon.

16. Eva NYC Forget Me Knot Dry Conditioner
I love the Eva NYC Forget Me Knot Dry Conditioner spray. I put this in the ends of my hair to prevent tangling.

17. Eva NYC Therapy Sessions Hair Mask
The Eva NYC Therapy Sessions Hair Mask has become my go-to hair mask for making my hair soft and silky. I switch off between this and overtone for color.

18. Eva NYC Mane Magic
The Eva NYC Mane Magic is my go-to thermal protectant for when I blow dry my hair.

19. Zoya Remove
Zoya Remove is my miracle nail polish remover. It gets all polish off without drying out my nails.

20. Glass Nail File
I prefer to use glass nail files on my nails.

21. Black Bobby Pins
I lose bobby pins like other people lose left socks. I’m glad they’re so cheap.

22. Silicone Makeup Glove Cleaner
These work surprisingly well for cleaning makeup brushes!

23. Purple Shampoo Brush
I use a shampoo brush to help thoroughly cleanse my scalp.

24. Wet Brush Viva Violet
I love my purple wet brush! I have like 3 of them.

  1. I really liked you giving a link to amazon on these items. Some of them I placed on my wish list and will go back later to order

  2. Some might not ever think of these essentials as being beauty essentials, but I think that you need the basic things to even begin a beauty regimen! Great skincare, great tools, great chips, etc.!

  3. That brush cleaner is so much cheaper than the Sigma one for like $25. Got to pick that up. And Zoya Remove is the best. I am still working off my large bottles of it, now that I don’t wear nail polish as often.

  4. Great choices! My list just got longer, thankyouverymuch! I especially want to pick up that Paul Mitchell straightener. You have mentioned before how much you love it and my iron is a raging piece of junk from hell. So much for getting a “bargain.” Some things are just worth the investment.
