Delinquent – dark purple with bright purple sparkle
Lit – golden bronze
Mercury – gunmetal
Morphine – light purple with pale blue shift
Wasteland – dark brown

I swatched the colors next to the shadow pencils that were in the same color family.
Corrupt is close but not exactly like Wasteland, Bourbon is lighter.
Asphyxia is pinker than Morphine.
Lust and Ransom are more blue, while rockstar is more red than Delinquent.
Electric is close to Clash.
Baked is more of a true gold than Lit, which is lighter.
Uzi and Mercury are really close.
Zero is like Barracuda without the silver sparkles.

Price:
$20 for 2.8g e 0.10 US oz

Does it live up to its claims?
Well, they appear to be crease-proof and waterproof on me. The finish is lovely, as it comes off as very intense, but not heavy or wet. It wears well. It blends pretty well as long as you’re attempting to blend immediately after application. They play nicely with other shadows, too, as I’ve used them with and without powder shadows in the mix. The only color that disappointed me was Wasteland, and that’s because it ended up getting a bit of transfer from my crease color on top of it, so I had to put a brown shadow on it to prevent that.

Clash was used on the lid and Delinquent in the lower crease and outer v.

Delinquent was used in the crease, outer v and outer lower lash line.

Clash was used on the inner lid.

Barracuda was used in the outer v and lower crease.

Lit was used on the lid and crease.

Clash on the lid with Fyrinnae Futuristic Glamrock on top.

Wasteland on the lid with Fyrinnae Feline Familiars on top.

Mercury on the lid.

Would I purchase again?
Yes! I’m in love with these. They play well with others and they work well on their own. They’re a fantastic type of shadow to have in your makeup arsenal. They’re like nothing else I already own. They’re better than MAC Greasepaint sticks, and they blow Nyx Jumbo Eye pencils out of the water to me.  I’d love to see these come out in hot pink, fuchsia and bright yellow-green shades, too. The only shade I found a bit disappointing was Wasteland because it didn’t look as good on the lid by itself as it did with a shadow on top.

Products purchased by me. All opinions are my own.

  1. I feel like the UD line is doing a disservice to their customer and their bottom line by continuously coming out with new colors in these 247 liners and also new items under the Baked collection. For someone who can barely keep up with any line, it makes me go, oh they don’t have anything new out (when they add some new colors and NOT new products). Just an observation!

    1. I feel like their nomenclature is a bit confusing, but they remind me more of MAC’s shadesticks or greasepaint sticks than the UD liners.

It would definitely be nice to see some new stuff out, or new palettes with all new colors 🙂

  2. Thanks for the great review, I don’t think we have these in the UK yet but when we do I’ll definately have to try one or two! You’re an enabler! 😛 I love the colours of delinquent, morphine and clash.

  3. I’ve been looking forward to this review! I like the Nyx jumbo eye pencils, so I’m very interested in trying these out as well.

    1. The Nyx Jumbo Eye pencils are great when you don’t have oily lids (which I have). They make a great base, but I have to use them sooooo carefully or they’ll crease. These are pretty good about not creasing.

  4. I love these so much…I was so hesitant to pick up a shadow pencil of any sort, but I should have known UD wouldn’t let me down. Mercury has become a staple of my five-minute-face, and I’ve since picked up Clash.

I can’t even tell you how badly I wish those purples were vegan, though. :C

  5. I have a feeling I will cave and buy these babies because the 24/7 liners work so well for me.

Thanks for great swatches and the review.

    1. They’re pretty thick, and I think unless you used the same color every day, they’ll last a while.
