Father’s Day Gift Recommendations

Father's Day Gift Recommendations

When it comes to shopping for Father’s Day Gifts, sometimes it’s easy to fall into a routine and buy the same cologne every year. I’ve got some Father’s Day Gift Recommendations to spice things up for you!

Paula’s Choice PC4Men Skincare Kit
This 6 piece kit (face wash, shave gel, after shave lotion, moisturizer with spf, night time moisturizer and travel bag), is a great way to give your dad quality skincare products that he’ll feel comfortable using. See my feature here.

Amazon Kindle
The Kindle comes in many different versions so you can choose which would be best for your dad. I know I rave about my kindle fire all the time. I use it daily and love it. If your dad loves to read, he will love a kindle.

  • Fire HD 8.9″
  • Fire HD 7″
  • Paperwhite
  • 6″ E Ink Display

Monster Brew Homebrew Starter Kit
Ray loves brewing beer, and many of our friends have started brewing themselves, so this seems like a great thing to give your dad, especially if he’s looking for a new hobby.

Google Chromecast HDMI Streaming Media Player
This is suuuch a great buy for the price! Supports Netflix, YouTube, HBO GO, Hulu Plus, Pandora, Plex, MLB.TV, Crackle, Rdio, Vevo, Flixster and Google Play Movies and Music mobile apps as well as select content through Chrome browser. I have several friends who love the Chromecast and rave about it.

Canon Rebel T5i Digital SLR Camera and 18-55mm EF-S IS STM Lens Kit
For the dad who loves cameras, the Canon Rebel T5i is pretty droolworthy.

Samsung Gear 2 Smartwatch
This is a really cool watch that lets your dad make and receive calls, has a personalized fitness motivator and a ton of other things.

ThinkGeek Pro Tech Electronics Repair Tool Kit
An awesome toolkit capable of opening, repairing, and putting back together all mainstream laptops and cellphones.

Garmin Vivofit Fitness Bundle
My bff swears by these Fitness bands. I haven’t tried one personally but they’re supposed to help motivate you to be active. They come in a variety of colors but I think they look best in black.

The one gift that I think is priceless is spending time with your dad. I live far away from my dad and I miss him, so I wish I could take him to dinner for Father’s Day.

What are you planning on getting your dad for Father’s Day?

  1. I already got my dad his father’s day gift, but that watch is perfect for him, I smell a birthday gift in the future!

  2. Excellent picks, it’s fortuitous that Paula’s Choice just came out with their men’s skincare line too!

  3. Great post. My husband has been borrowing my Jawbone UP (kind of like a fitbit) and this reminds me I should just buy him his own for Father’s Day!

  4. Garmin looks amazing! My husband had a Fitbit and it fell out during the winter under layers of clothes so this would be a nice gift.

  5. Great list. I got the hubby a tool set a couple of years ago and he loves it.

  6. Nice list. I wouldn’t mind getting those things for myself. I’m thinking about the Chromecast for one of my signif other’s bday presents

  7. I wish I could afford a Kindle for my dad. I’ve also been wanting to pamper the other special man in my life with some nice skincare products. He’s been concerned about his skin lately. He’s so cute! He also cries during “Derek” on Netflix. For the record, if you can watch that show without crying, you probably don’t have a soul and should get that checked out.

    1. The bare bones kindle is around $65 and they go all the way up to $500 for some of the models. So they do have a huge range for pricing.
