My Thoughts
While I don’t have the most highly developed sense of smell (thanks to my allergies), the notes that I smell immediately upon application on my skin are the coconut water and plumeria. The coconut water is beachy and refreshing, while the plumeria gives it a hint of sweet. The scent morphs into jasmine, before mellowing out into a warm vanilla with a hint of woods. It really reminds me of the beach, in the best possible way.
On me, it doesn’t have a very far throw, which is what I prefer, but the scent does linger. I can smell it two hours later.
I really love the combo of scent notes that make up this casual, beachy fragrance. Most beachy scents invoke suntan lotion, not my favorite scent. This one does a great job of reminding me of Maui – beachy, sweet and warm. It was definitely worth the wait!

I’m a big fan of Denise Richards’ work with Best Friends Animal Society. I have a bottle of this perfume too and I really like it since it smells like vacation!
I’m not big on celebrity perfumes, but this one does sound like one I’d like. Very thorough explanation of the layers of scents, too. 🙂

I didn’t know she was coming out with her own perfume, but I’d definitely be interested to find out how it smells.
This was over a year in the making, I was really impressed by the time put into it.
I haven’t heard of this scent and I’m afraid to admit my first thought was, Oh Brother, everyone has a scent now. But after reading your post this scent sounds like it’s MY scent. I’m going out tomorrow to see if I can find it. I must try it! I must have it!

It is! I usually dislike beachy scents on me and I think the base notes and flowers temper it perfectly against the coconut.
