Coloured Raine Berry Cute Palette Review, Tutorials, Swatches. You need to see this gorgeous indie cruelty free makeup palette!

Coloured Raine Berry Cute Palette

When the Coloured Raine Berry Cute Palette launched, I just knew I had to have it. It’s described as being an all cool-toned eyeshadow palette with 3 foil colors and 3 mattes. Coloured Raine is a cruelty free black-owned indie makeup brand. Their products are proudly made in the USA. Sadly, this is a limited edition palette. I hope they choose to make Pomeberry as a single.

Loveberry is a warm brown matte. I will probably never wear this shade. It’s the sort of brown that looks terrible on me.

Kissberry is a medium-deep orange matte. I will rarely, if ever, wear this color.

Coloured Raine Purpleberry swatch

Purpleberry is a purple-toned taupe matte. I love this in the crease.

Coloured Raine Pinkleberry swatch

Pinkleberry is a golden pink duochrome. This is a beautiful lid color.

Coloured Raine Platinumberry swatch

Platinumberry is a graphite grey with silver sparkle. I love this as an accent or liner.Coloured Raine Pomeberry swatch

Pomeberry is a bright purple with darker purple, pink, and gold sparkle. This color is amazing and the whole reason I wanted the palette. It doesn’t disappoint. You do need a sticky base with it.

Coloured Raine Berry Cute Palette Review

In the first place, the Coloured Raine Berry Cute palette is tiny and cute. Not to mention its packaging is purple and pink, two colors I like, coupled with a very thin and lightweight design. It does have a mirror inside. The names of the colors are underneath the pans inside the palette, which I love.

Now, I’m not gonna lie, this is not an all cool-toned palette on my skintone. Nevertheless, I really don’t mind. 4 out of 6 shades are fantastic. 2 of the colors I just don’t like or will rarely, if ever, wear. After getting my hands on this palette, I realized I liked the Coloured Raine palette formula, so I also bought the Queen of Hearts palette. I know so many people love it and I thought I would enjoy it too.

You often hear Youtubers talk about buttery eyeshadow formula, however, I often wonder if they ever differentiate between different formulas, because not every formula is buttery. The Coloured Raine formula almost feels creamy to the touch. It’s extremely pigmented. With the foil shades, I recommend using a sticky base. Otherwise, you’ll have to deal with fallout, especially from Pomeberry.

Theoretically, I could create a complete look with just this palette. In reality, I prefer to use other eyeshadows with it. I’ve used Pomeberry the most because it’s a beautiful accent shade. I love to make it the focus of my eyeshadow looks.

If you’re looking for a unique little palette with gorgeous foiled shades, I think you’ll love the Coloured Raine Berry Cute palette. If you don’t like using a sticky base, you may want to skip this one. If you wanted a truly cool-toned palette, this isn’t it.

  1. One day I hope I can make my eyes look as beautiful as yours! I love this color scheme. This reminds me of the (I assume) discontinued SauceBox palette, Forbidden Fruits. I kick myself to this day for not ordering it.

  2. I love these colours! Thanks for bringing this company to my attention. You look gorgeous, btw.
