I have a bad customer service rant to share with you. I've had some spectacularly bad customer service from a few places recently, namely Progressive Auto Insurance, Hautelook and Juvia's Place. I also touch on the Makeup Police, because they pissed me off too.

I have a bad customer service rant to share with you. I’ve had some spectacularly bad customer service from a few places recently, namely Progressive Auto Insurance, Hautelook and Juvia’s Place. I also touch on the Makeup Police, because they pissed me off too. I will never get insurance with Progressive Insurance again and I don’t recommend them to anyone. They’re horrible! Also, Juvia’s Place and Hautelook are pretty scammy, too.

  1. It’s been quite some time since I’ve ordered from Hautelook, but I only had one problem, and it was taken care of quickly. But I know how just one bad experience can ruin it!!

    As for makeup….I’m no longer blogging about beauty stuff but in my personal life, at the age of 47, the MP can SUCK IT. I wear what I want when I want (or not). I’m no supermodel, but makeup is for ME to enjoy as I want.

  2. Progressive was sooo expensive i found. We didn’t keep them long. I would never reccomend them. I bought from haute look a handful of times. Never had bad experience, but also never needed to contact them. And it was unbreakable stuff. Don’t think I’d order anything breakable.

  3. Bad customer service is the bane of my existence! I am so sorry you endured so much, especially from Progressive, who seem to have made your life hell.

  4. I hate dealing with Progressive Insurance!! I’ve had to deal with them through work three times recently on some claims, and I have to almost resort to begging to get any where with them. Not only that, I’ll send them everything that they ask for, and proceed to have to resend it time after time. It’s almost to the point that we won’t accept drivers with Progressive as their insurance provider. It’s definitely soured my opinion of them when I personally shop for an insurance company!
