Urban Decay Vice 3 Marsala Tutorial
Urban Decay Vice 3 Marsala Tutorial
Hi guys! Happy Friday 🙂 I’ve got an Urban Decay Vice 3 Marsala tutorial to share with you. As you probably know, the new Pantone Color of the Year is Marsala. Marsala is a reddish brown. I’m not particularly a fan of reddish brown, but I figured I’d try to create a look for you with the Vice 3. I couldn’t get my lips to look just right and went through multiple lip attempts.
PR + purchased by me.
I hated Lips 1 so much I didn’t even take a picture of them. Oops. I just immediately wiped it off and went for the coconut oil.

What do you think of the new Pantone Color of the Year Marsala? How will you wear it?
Amazing looks! Love your third lip choice (:
Colour Pop Lippie Stix in Wet is amazing!!!
The third lip choice is SO SO gorgeous on you!!
That’s a great look you came up with !
Love this marsala eye on you–it’s done perfectly!
Ugh, I’ve been holding out on Vice 3, since I have 1 & 2 and barely use them, but I think this look just sold it for me!!!! Sonic was the one shadow I’ve been lusting after, so this is absolutely amazing. <3 <3 <3
Thank you! I love Sonic but this is the first time I’ve been able to make it look good in a look. I’m a fan of the entire pink row, too 🙂
I love the lip you created with Black Dahlia, Sebastian, and Lydia! So pretty!
Thanks Justina! That’s my favorite one too 🙂
YAY FOR MARSALA! <3
Glad you like it Laura 🙂
Such a gorgeous look!
Thanks Jess!
I love the eye look, it’s so gorgeous with your eyes!
Thanks Brooke! I think reds work well with my eyes
Loveeeeeee it. Nailed it!
Thanks Kimmi!
I do like Marsala, but it seems to be a polarizing color! I especially like the OCC lips.
Those are my favorite too, Nidia. I just don’t like reddish browns, which is why Marsala bores me.
Beautiful eye look. I love the second lip color.
Thank you Kim! What sort of eye look would you recommend I try with that second lip color? I felt like this eye look didn’t work well with the lips.
I love your headband!!!
Thank you! It’s one of my all time favorite etsy buys
Beautiful look! I know I would not be able to pull off Marsala but it looks great on you!
Aww thanks! I am not a fan of reddish browns (or orange or yellow), but I wanted to try this look and Urban Decay Sonic has been screaming at me to use it.
Beautiful eye look. I like both lip 3 and lip 4 with it. I really like Marsala.
Thanks Rachel! Lip 4 is my favorite 🙂
The eyelook is grande! Love it! And that headband! Fabulous!!!
Thanks Sissi!
Marsala is a tough color to find in makeup. There are a lot of garnet/burgundy looks out there as marsala, but your combination for lip 3 is more the true color. I love it!
Yay happy you like it 🙂 I thought if I mixed that deep brown with the red of Sonic (which comes off as sort of a red with hints of gold) that it would work well for the shade.
