Urban Decay Summer Nights Tutorial

Urban Decay Summer Nights Tutorial

Happy Friday! Today I wanted to share my Urban Decay Summer Nights Tutorial with you. This is basically the look that I wore to the UD Summer Night party in Miami. I just changed a few things. I really love Fireball. On its own it’s an awesome peach with pink shift. On a black base, it’s pink and it even takes on a hint of violet / purple.

You can see what I wore at UD Summer Nights Miami in the picture above. I really loved the braided crown that I had done at the braid bar. In the photo above I’m wearing Cover FX Custom Cover Drops foundation in N10 mixed with Glossier Perfecting Skin Tint in Light.

I hope you enjoy seeing the look that I wore at the launch party! I really love how versatile the duotone shades are. Putting Fireball on top of a black base really changes the color but I love how it looks. With my eyes being so hooded, you really only see the blackened pink-violet on the lower lid and hints of the soft peachy-pink on my browbone.

Any big plans for the weekend? Let me know below!

  1. Gorgeous! I am especially loving this look with your new haircolor:) So awesome that you got to attend that event! I just ordered Fireball, can’t wait to check it out.

    1. Oh also, I really have yet to find a cruelty free mascara that I love more than Perversion! I finally tried the Subversion Primer and it’s well worth buying, the it just takes it to the next level. I really love a bold lash look.

    2. As far as this weekend, I plan on shopping around for some good beauty buys and maybe do a mini Sephora or online haul. I live in LA so I’m going to stay local-WAY too much traffic and crazy dangerous drivers on Memorial Day weekend!

  2. WOW, I can’t get over Fireball on a black base! I was already thinking about picking that one up, but now I think I HAVE TO go get it. Right.Freaking.Now.

    1. I know me too!!!! I ordered it I can’t wait for it to get here! My friend who works for ULTA told me how gorgeous it is 🙂 You can also use the new Afterglow Blushes as eyeshadows as well. If you haven’t tried Eden or Enigma, they ar both great. So is the new Ozone primer.

  3. Fireball over black is just amazing!! What a brilliant discovery! I love the braid, and your skin is so amazing!

  4. I love the look of your UD eye. I’m very impressed with how well you blend.

  5. Your skin looks amazing! Really beautiful and I love your hair – so gorgeous. I love braids. I am sure you had a wonderful time…love your total look.

  6. OoO Fireball over black is gorgeous! And I love how the milkmaid braids look with your hair colors!

    1. Yeah all of the duotone shades are really neat over a colored base. And thank you! I love how the braids looked too 🙂

  7. Love the braid and the CCD mixed with Glossier Tint is fabulous. But what is the beautiful muted purple eye color you’re wearing. I tried to follow all the products you used, and I can’t seem to identify it? Love that shade and I think it would work for me.
