My order from @NyxCosmetics arrived today. Sadly it’s missing one of the pencils I ordered, Amethyst. I emailed Nyx’s Custmer Service and haven’t gotten a response back. I also tried calling them but gave up after I was on hold for 15 minutes and no one answered. Anyway, despite that, I love the new colors I bought. These are the new Suede Pencils. Nyx has done what other brand have not done, made a replacement lip pencil for MAC Grape. If you want a cruelty free dupe, you need Oh Put It On. . I bought several of the new Nyx Lip Pencils and I love them. Wish I could say the same for Nyx’s customer service, which was highly disappointing. One of the shades I ordered never arrived. I didn’t receive a note saying it was out of stock with my order, they should have noted it somewhere or sent me an email. When I reached out to find out what was up, they rudely told me they didn’t charge me for it, and that was that. It was in stock when I ordered from their site. Just proves to me I need to wait and order from Ulta rather than waste my time on them directly.

Nyx Jet Set matches UD Vice Lipstick in Heroine perfectly. And yes, I love how that shade of deep blue looks on me, especially with my hair color.  And check out how fabulous Everlasting Storm is as a highlighter! I’m happy with that glow.
