$28 for 6 eye shadows at .06 oz each in the palette, Devil Girl keychain, & plastic bag, available at Sephora.

Official Shade Descriptions:
Thirsty – cream
Riposino – shimmery light brown
Carina – pearl
Nancy Rocks – purple
Bruttino – turquoise pearl
Bulletto – dark chocolate with gold pearl

All of the shadows seemed fine with their pigmentation, except for Nancy Rocks. It seemed difficult to get that one to show up. I used Meow’s Light Shadow Base as primer for all of the swatches.

I really like Bruttino. It’s gorgeous. I think the colors are really nice for a summer palette.

I really think these colors are great for a beach collection. Thirsty is a creamy shade that leans gold to me. Nancy Rocks is a pearly purple that has a slight blue sheen. Carina is a pearly white and has multi-colored glitter. Bruttino is a gorgeous turquoise blue with some depth. Riposino is a shimmery beige-y brown. Bulletto is a nice dark brown that reminds me of UD’s Twice Baked.

The little Devil Girl is so cute! I stuck her on my keychain. I rather like the diminutive size, as I can have something cute on my keychain without it taking up a ton of room in my pocket.

I did a few looks to try out all of the colors from this palette. I have to say, that I’m mixed on the pigmentation. Bruttino was ok, but I would have preferred it to be more pigmented. Nancy Rocks definitely needed more pigmentation, but was ok for layering on top of Bruttino. The rest of the colors were nice.

I’ve got Bruttino on the outer lid & crease, Thirsty on the upper crease, Nancy Rocks on the outer lower crease & blended with Bruttino, and Carina to highlight.

Thirsty on lid & crease, Bulletto on outer lid and crease, Carina on browbone & inner corners, Riposino along the lower lash line.

Have you tried any of the Tokidoki eye shadows? If so, what did you think?

Product purchased by me. All opinions are my own.

  1. Wow, this palette looks great! I wish it were more compact, though. I do love those blue/purple colors. The cream gold and deep dark chocolate color would make a lovely bronze look for the beach. I’ve always wanted to try Tokidoki.

  2. So cute. I love Tokidoki. I like how there are two trios, shame the pigmentation is lacking on some of them though.

  3. I’ve never tried anything from Tokidoki because last time I played around with the shadows at Sephora, the pigmentation seemed poor to me. These look like they work quite well in your swatches. Also, I am in love with the cute little hermit crab and shark on the palette!

  4. Eep, this palette is so cute! I’m not ashamed to admit I’d buy it mainly because it’s Tokidoki. :X

  5. That is so adorable but the price point is kind of sad for something with talc in it. I’m kind of frightened by the acrylates copolymer too. :/

I guess they’re charging people for the adorableness!

  6. Love the looks you came up! Darn that keychain for being so cute…as if I need another excuse to buy eyeshadow haha.

  7. Ugh, why do I have to love Tokidoki so much? The product in itself may strictly be OK, but the packaging is what makes it so irresistable :/

  8. I have the Robbery Palette, and the pigmentation is definitely hit and miss. The more creamy, shimmery shades are really pigmented. There are 3 palettes in the set, and one includes Bulletto. That’s the palette where all colors are pigmented. The bright neon palette has two semi-pigmented shades…the last palette only had one nice shade. They also creased a lot!
This is a cute palette, though. They always nail it on packaging 😀

  9. Haha, I’m convinced you can make any eye shadow look good, no matter the pigmentation level! I really like all the looks you’ve created with this palette (as always)!

  10. So adorable! I’ve always wanted to pick up one of their palettes because they’re so darn cute, but it just never happened. I do, however, have a lipstain from them that I like very much.

    1. I know it’s a different formula but the color reminds me of Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow in the shade “Flatter Me.”
I think if you asked around you could probably find some other dupes of it as well.

    2. The color is definitely a nice one if you’re a fan of brown shades. The texture is good on it, too. I hope Tokidoki comes to the UK soon!
