Hope was created with Be from Vernis en Folie. Her Inspiration:  The impending birth of her little girl in 2013 (she has now arrived so cute)

Hope is a dark teal blue jelly holo (scattered) with a subtle smattering of cobalt glitter design to come alive with a little shake.

It’s rare for me to paint my nails all one color, but I really love this color.

Shown above is:
Base – Cult Nails Get it On Base Coat
Hope – 1 coat
Top – Cult Nails Wicked Fast Top Coat

I really love this deep teal blue shade. The scattered holo effect is stunning. I love that it’s dark, yet it’s easy to tell that it’s a blue.

I liked the formula and found it easy to apply. You can certainly get away with one coat like I did, which shows off the jelly formula, or you could use two. It does take a bit of effort to get the cobalt glitter onto the nails.

I’m always a fan of scattered holos. This one is beautiful. If you like jellys or holos, you should check this one out.

A note about ordering from Llarowe. I’ve had a mixed bag with their service. I’ve ordered a total of four times. Twice now that I’ve ordered, I’ve purchased products that they later notified me went on back order. One polish was on back order for over 2 months before I finally cancelled it. I tried contacting Llarowe repeatedly for help on the order, and found it difficult to get help from their customer service. One person was completely unhelpful. Another was very nice. All I wanted was to know when my polish would ship, which seemed difficult for their customer service to answer.

I dislike how Llarowe’s system shows all items as shipped, even if an item is on backorder. That said, they have a nice selection of polishes, and they did apologize for the two backorders and said it was very unusual for that to happen.

Regardless of where you buy your piCture pOlish, I highly recommend them! I love the ones that I own so far.

Have you tried piCture pOlish? What are your favorites?

  1. I’ve also had similar issues with Llarowe. I sure wish there were more options for buying Picture Polish cause I love their stuff! I recently got Denim & Atomic and I adore them.

  2. Love this shade, I love dark blue on nailpolishes, this finish is amazing
