Notoriously Morbid Jupiter Rain Look
Today I’m sharing a Notoriously Morbid Jupiter Rain look from my friend Wakenda.
Hi! I’m Wakenda, and I blog about indie makeup at wakenda.wordpress.com. I love colorful indie eyeshadows and my blog is full of idea on how to wear them. I’m excited to share a look with you to share my love for Notoriously Morbid’s Jupiter Rain eyeshadow. Not only is this a gorgeous sparkly teal color, but the proceeds from it are donated to RAINN as well!
For this look, I primed my eyelids, then applied Bloody Awful Poet, a matte black shadow, all over the lid, angling it up at the outer corners into a rounded wing shape. I blended out the edges with Dust to Dust, a matte pale green. Then I patted Pixie Epoxy onto the inner half of my eyelids, over the black shadow. Once it set, I patted Jupiter Rain, a sparkly teal, on top. I continued slightly past the edge of the Pixie Epoxy to avoid a harsh line. I blended the teal into the black using a clean blending brush. Then I used a thin, stiff brush to apply Bloody Awful Poet to my lower lashes. I also darkened the bottom edge of the wing. I finished by curling my lashes and applying mascara.
Here’s the full product list. (Everything is cruelty free, except for my concealer, which is grey-area, because it’s all I have right now.)
