This is a quick look that I wanted to share with you. I used NARS Eye Paint in Ubangi for a fun cat eye. Ignore my skin as my rosacea is flaring badly. Ubangi goes on beautifully, dries quickly, and doesn’t smudge on my hooded eyes, provided I wear eyeshadow primer. Ubangi has gorgeous blue shimmer in it. So pretty!

I love the hint of blue in it and I do feel that it brings out the blue in my eyes.

I really love a bright lip with a cat eye. I think that NARS Carthage (which I also own) would look great instead of Nylon if you’re not as comfortable with applying lip tars. NARS Eye Paints are now available at NARSCosmetics.com and Nordstrom.

  8. Tianne Ok, my experiences with gel eyeliner is often that the colors are nice but they transfer on me. MAC’s formula is one of my favorite (and I still have a ton that I haven’t finished from MAC). They also come in very solid containers so they don’t dry out. I like the ones that BFTE carries, but they are prone to drying out, though you can revitalize them and they don’t dry out that fast. Wet n’ Wild’s black is nice but it dries out super fast. Makeup Geek’s are beautiful but they transfer on me. Inglot’s transfer on me. NARS doesn’t transfer on me and comes in solid containers. The formula dries super fast. My review of the products will be up tomorrow. I love them.

  9. Your hair is always killer gorgeous- what’s your take on the eye paints.  I see so many gel eyeliners and I am looking for a great navy.  Any suggestions?  I’ve tried MAC, Elf, Maybelline, Ebay cheapies (surprisingly good), you name it.  Is Nars worth the price tag?
