Happy Friday! Today I have the new Literary Lacquers Magic and Mysteries Collection to share with you. I love Literary Lacquers because Amy combines my love of books with my love of nail polish with her colors.

I love that she has a Discworld polish, even if it’s not a shade I would personally wear.

Yes, Mirror of Galadriel is my absolute favorite from this collection. However, I also find Cast from Stormhold and Flickem Bicus to be gorgeous. I especially feel like Flickem Bicus is perfect for Spring. It’s a great way to wear orange.

The Literary Lacquers formula was easy to apply. I used 2 coats for all swatches. For my manis I used 3 coats of Mirror of Galadriel and Menolly.

Which color is your favorite from the Literary Lacquers Magic and Mysteries Collection?

  1. How fun! I’ve never heard of this brand, I just bookmarked it. My sister is a literature professor and loves nail art, too, so this would be a perfect gift for her!

  2. The silver and gold are absolutely gorgeous shades… but they are all pretty in general. Such beautiful shades and I’m loving your manis… the ombre one is fun.

  3. Books and nail polish! Oh my. I see a huge purchase in my future. I’m thinking the Anne of Green Gables line.

  4. So glad to see Octarine, Discworld forever!! I have such an addiction to themed collections, this is doubly beautiful.

      1. Oooh! I would die of happiness! I was ecstatic when your blog introduced me to Geek Chic cosmetics. 🙂

  5. Not only do I love each of these gorgeous shades, but I also love that the line sought literary inspiration! Gorgeous swatches!
