How I went from a size 12 to a size 4
Hey friends, today I get vulnerable with you as I talk about how I went from a size 12 to a size 4. I discuss my unhealthy eating habits, how I changed them, and self-image issues I struggle with. I just started back to weight lifting at the gym with two friends last week – @spellbound_stitches and @liftcraftfitness on Instagram, give them a follow. My goal is to be fit and healthy. For me, breaking my sugar addiction was critical on my journey towards being fit. I also forgot to mention in this video that in addition to walking with my dogs I play BeatSaber almost every night, which is a fun VR cardio game. You’ll see stuff like that show up in my Instagram Stories @phyrra.
What I am calling the keto lifestyle is me eating low carb low sugar and high fat. I am not keeping my body in ketosis.

How I went from a size 12 to a size 4 Video
Something I did not mention in the video is that I have never been a size 4 before. Even in high school I was more of a size 6 or 7. I have an hourglass shape currently – 38 x 27 x 37. Finding cute bras in my new size, US 32J (UK 32GG) is not fun. I have had the best success with the brand Elomi for bras.
