Black Beauty Beauty Bible

Black Beauty Beauty Bible - indie makeup palette

Black Beauty Beauty Bible

I recently ran across Black Beauty Cosmetics on Etsy. I saw that they had released the Black Beauty Beauty Bible, so I decided to pick it up. I also bought a few eyeshadow singles and I received Witchy as a free single. The Black Beauty Beauty Bible (Burn Book) is a parody of the Mean Girl’s Burn Book.

Row 2 – Witchy, Labyrinth, Glen Coco, Plastic

Personally, I found Saint and Sinner to be two of the most disappointing purples I’ve ever tried.  They look nothing like their swatches. They barely look like different colors on me.

Witchy and Labyrinth had better pigmentation and formula than Saint and Sinner. I still wasn’t blown away by either of them.

The Black Beauty Beauty Bible eyeshadow formula seems to be the best quality of all the shades I got. The two mattes were smooth. Wednesday wasn’t as pigmented as I expected it to be, but the color is really pretty. Plastic is a nice highlight shade.

Have you tried Black Beauty Cosmetics? What do you think of the Black Beauty Beauty Book?

  1. This is an indie, right? Maybe they need more time to work on their formulation before I think about buying. There seems to be potential.

  2. Have never heard of the brand but they do have some pretty colors. I kinda liked the Glen coco something about it caught my eyes
