Not too long ago Kelly showed off the Bite Beauty High Pigment Matte Pencils and I fell in love with Corvina. I love brights and I love coral pinks, so this tropical hue had to be mine!

When worn, I feel like this is almost a watermelon pink on my lips.

This is my first full size Bite Beauty product and I have to say that I’m impressed. It does wear more like a lipstick than a gloss in pencil form. I did experience a bit of feathering, so using a clear lipliner or reverse lipiliner helps with this issue. It felt very moisturizing on my lips. I didn’t make it past 4 hours of wear because of my continuious drinking of water during the day. It did leave a faint stain behind, which I like.

I’m definitely interested in trying out Grapevine and Syrah, since I like this one.

  2. i love that color on you!!!! im going to have to get that. i have tried some of their small lipstick sets, and i do like them alot. good pigmentation and creamy. cant wait to try more.

  3. Wow – love this colour, it really suits you. It looks so creamy and it’s so pigmented. I’d never heard of Bite before… I’m going to look them up right now and hope they ship internationally!

  4. I absolutely love that shade with your hair! I’ve been very impressed with everything I’ve tried from Bite and this shade looks like it’s a must-have for me for when the weather (finally) starts to warm up.
