10 Cruelty Free Eyeshadows for Spring

10 Cruelty Free Eyeshadows for Spring

Happy Top Ten Tuesday! Today I’m sharing 10 cruelty free eyeshadows for Spring. I’ve got some bold picks as well as some soft beauties, too. I’m happy that Spring is here!

10 Cruelty Free Eyeshadows for Spring

All of the eyeshadows are swatched on Cover FX Anti-Age Smoothing Eye Primer. I always swatch on primer because I have oily, hooded lids and cannot wear eyeshadow without primer.

Makeup Geek Cruelty Free Spring 2015 Eyeshadows
High Tea – Poppy – Rapunzel – Wisteria

1. Makeup Geek Poppy
This is a bold beautiful new eyeshadow from Makeup Geek! It’s a poppy orange with subtle pink undertones. I wanted to show you the 3 new shades from Makeup Geek so Rapunzel and High Tea are also here. Really, Makeup Geek has so many beautiful colors to choose from but Poppy and Wisteria are on this list because they are perfect for Spring.

2. Makeup Geek Wisteria
What a gorgeous soft orchid shade. This has been newly reformulated.

Sugarpill 2015 Cruelty Free Spring Eyeshadows
Hug Life – Charmy – Pastelle (LE) – Strangeling

3. Sugapill Charmy (vegan)
This lovely pinky peach with iridescent fuchsia reflects  just screams Spring to me.

4. Sugarpill Hug Life (vegan)
Vibrant seafoam turquoise with green and gold undertones. I’m a sucker for aqua / teal / turquoise shades.

5. Sugarpill Strangeling (vegan)
Deep metallic violet with aqua reflects. It might be one of my goals to own every purple and teal out there.

Too Faced Summer 2015 Cruelty Free Sugar Pop Eyeshadow Palette

6. Too Faced Sugar Pop Palette
Ok, so I’m cheating a little by having an entire palette in here, but this is a cheery, candy colored palette from Too Faced that can’t be missed!

Urban Decay Spring 2015 Cruelty Free Eyeshadows

7. Urban Decay Solstice
Pretty pinky-red with turquoise sparkle and shift. One of the prettiest Moondust eyeshadows to date! Scorpio, Ether and Cosmic are gorgeous, too.

Darling Girl Snowboarding Cutie swatch

8. Darling Girl Snowboarding Cutie
It’s really hard to pick just ONE color from the DG Ghoul School collection (I mean, have you seen those purples?!), but I selected Snowboarding Cutie because this pale icy blue with pink sheen and gorgeous sparkles looks great on its own, layered on top of other colors, or as a highlight color.

NARS Porto Venere Swatch

9. NARS Eye Paint in Porto Venere
This soft pale pinky beige matte is a great eye brightener. Use it all over to brighten the eyes or on the lower waterline.

Silk Naturals Spark

10. Silk Naturals Spark (vegan)
This is such a sweet pinky shade with hints of gold and copper shimmer.

  1. In love with Solstice! Although after looking at Poppy, I may have to branch out from my beloved Urban Decay…

  2. Amazing post! How did I just know that you would LOVE the Too Faced Sugar Pop Palette as soon as I saw it! :):) I am going to get it for a friend and I might just try it for myself too to venture out with color this summer! I am very happy that they came out with the Natural Matte Palette, I just ordered it… I had been hoping that they would remix the Natural Eyes and release a matte version!! I love how they revamped the colors:) These are great options. Love them all, the SN Spark is so pretty! I bought Strangeling which I love and the Porto Venere Eye Paint after you reviewed it and it’s SO nice as a matte highlight!

      1. Yay, I can’t wait to see your look/tutorial with it! I am thinking about buying it to try some more color now that I have a good collection of workhouse shadows

          1. Thanks for the link! I didn’t think they’d stick to primer, but I guess they must. It looks like I’ll have to practice a little– I do have a couple of those products mentioned in the link. I don’t think I have any shadows that are super sparkly, though. Does regular makeup remover take off the foiling products okay?

  3. I want e v e r y t h i n g ! XD I did an “inventory” of my makeup/nail polish and made a discovery: I buy spring more than any other season! I was surprised! But this post is why: look at all of these beautiful colors!!!!! <33333

TF Sugar Pop Palette is ordered and in the mail. I did not hesitate for a second, hahaa. It was like it went in my eyes and ORDERED. The colors are so beautiful! Your swatches are so beautiful! *serious swoons* I need Makeup Geek Poppy and Wisteria! Those are just…LOVE! <3 I need ALL Sugarpill everything, hehe. That NARS Eye Paint in Porto Venere looks like a great staple – I can see myself using that A LOT. *adds to The List* Color affects me a lot…I feel like a got a little boost just looking at all of this colorful goodness. 😀 Many thanks!

    1. I’m so jealous because you will be able to wear Sugar Pop before I can. My eyes still can’t handle makeup. So happy you like the swatches and Spring 🙂

  4. I got my Sugar Pop Palette a couple days ago. Love it! The UD Moondust shadows are so pretty.

  5. OMG, Spring has sprung! All of these bright and cheery colors put me in such a good mood! Your gorgeous swatches are such a feast for the eyes, my friend!

  6. The NARS Porto Venere speaks to me as you might guess: neutral, matte, good for redheads

  7. That Too Faced palette is *ughhh* gorgeous! I’ve been seeing swatches around and trying to resist because I really want the Tom Ford cream eyeshadow. Decisions, decisions..

    1. I will definitely vote for you to check out Too Faced since it’s cruelty free and Tom Ford is not. Though if you like creams, the NARS Eye Paints are awesome.

      1. I was interested in those when they first came out but then became distracted by the next *big* thing. Off I go to look up some swatches! Do you have a couple of recommendations of favorites Courtney?

  8. I just ordered UD Solstice from Ulta. 🙂 I think I might need Poppy from MUG now. It looks so bright and fun.

  9. The Too Faced Sugar Pop palette looks amazing. Love this post. Thanks for sharing Phyrra.
