Ten Great Beauty Buys for Under $10

10 Great Cruelty-Free Beauty Buys for Under $10

Happy Tuesday! Today I’ve got another Beauty Top Tens for you! This time we chose our Top 10 Great Beauty Buys for Under $10. Since I couldn’t narrow it down with eyeshadow – way too hard since I love a lot of brands – I’ve focused on other products, all of which are cruelty-free.

PR + Purchased by me.

1. Jesse’s Girl Eyeshadow Primer – $5.97
This is the best budget friendly eyeshadow primer that I’ve ever tried. It’s comparable to Too Faced Shadow Insurance. You can order it online or find it in stores at Rite Aid.

2. Milani Even-Touch Powder Foundation – $7.99
A velvety-light, oil-free formula that applies with the ease of a lightweight powder, with the full-color coverage and wear of a liquid foundation. I’m currently testing out the shade, Shell.

3.  Nyx Rouge Cream Blush – $5.00 to $6.00
This comes in a variety of shades and is great for adding a natural flush. You can find more at NyxCosmetics.com.

4. Nyx Powder Blush – $5.00 to $6.00
I really love Nyx Taupe, as it’s a great contour shade on my skintone. There are other nice shades in the Nyx lineup. You can find more at NyxCosmetics.com.

5. ecoTools 6 Piece Essential Eye Set – $7.99
This is a great starter set for eyeshadow brushes. I love it. I’ve purchased it for myself several times and I’ve gifted this set many times.

6. ecoTools 4 Piece Touch Up Set – $7.99
I use the finishing brush in this set either for highlighting on the face or as a finishing brush. I love this set for the finishing brush and lip brush. The lash and brow groomer I could do without. If the comb had metal teeth it would be better, but it doesn’t, so it’s kind of useless. The eye shading brush and lip brush are super useful.

7. Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy – $7.00
You can use this with any eyeshadow to transform it and make it awesome. This is a must have product!

8. BftE Indelible Gel Eyeliner – $8.99
I love gel eyeliners and these don’t budge on me. There are 15 different shades, so you’re sure to find one to suit you. I like Black Out, Black Cherry, and Rave.

9. Makeup Geek Lipsticks – $6.99
Marlena put a lot of time and effort into developing her makeup line. I love her eyeshadows, pigments and lipsticks. Famous, Fearless and Ravishing are stunning.

10. Urban Decay Vintage 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencils – $6.00
Bet you didn’t think you’d see UD here! For a limited time right now, you can pick up Urban Decay Vintage eyeliners for only $6. I think that’s definitely a great buy for under $10!

  1. ThriftyBelleza The blushes can be built up to bright, depends on the shade. The cream Natural is really nice and looks like a very natural flush on me.

  2. This list is great, I love budget friendly beauty finds like this! I was wondering how the NYX blush looks on the skin? The blush itself looks like it’s a pretty intense color, but does it look more natural once you apply it?

  3. I totally forgot to mention EcoTools–great brushes–I use the big eyeshadow one every day.

  4. Good call on the UD Vintage liners. I picked up Binge from Sephora (also for $6) last week, because I have the teeny version from one of their sets & I love it. I looked all over online and there’s no dupe of that particular shade. I wore it today on the lower lash line with the LE Maybelline shadow duo in Oriental Spice from last year (Guerlain’s Two Spicy Eyeshadow Duo that just came out reminded I had it) and they went really, really well together.

  5. I forgot about brushes! Eco Tools is a great choice! And yeah, I need to go buy some UD pencils!!!!

  6. When I saw UD I was like now i know they aren’t under $10!! I need to let everyone know about that sale! I love their pencils!

  7. I need to move to the states. The eco tools brush sets aren’t under £10 here, let alone $10! Love your picks, Pixie Epoxy is amazing

  8. SlashedBeauty The last time I tried e.l.f.’s it creased on me. The best eye primers that I’ve tried are – UDPP Anti-Aging, Too Faced Shadow Insurance, and Jesse’s Girl Eyeshadow Primer. Honorable mentions are NARS Eyeshadow Primer and Concrete Minerals Eyeshadow Primer.

  9. How does the Jessie’s Girl eyelid primer match up to e.l.f.’s? It’s hard to beat $1!!!

  10. LOVE Ecotools, Pixie Epoxy, ALL NYX blushes, and UD 24/7 pencils. But I disagree on the Milani face stuff, even with the great color range for us pasty ladies. It just caked on my dry skin and went into all the fine lines, even with primer and awesome moisturizer. Totally psyched to see UD liners on sale, though, THANKS for sharing!

  11. Nice picks! The UD liners at there vintage price are not to be missed. I think I bought like 10-12 of them last week.

  12. OMG The UD liners!  GOOD ONE!  I didn’t even know!  I only ever see Jesse’s Girl polishes locally, but the products I’ve been able to try have been awesome!

  13. I was wondering how you got UD on there!! I need to go to a Rite Aid and get some Jessie’s Girl products. There’s one not far from me but I never think to go there.
Makeup Geek was a given for me – everything I love there is under $10.

  14. Ooh great list! I’m totally a budget beauty fan, but you have a couple items on here I haven’t tried (that is quite a feat!) I never see Jessie’s Girl but I’m really interested in that primer now

  15. Totally forgot about those UD being under $10 and they wear like iron! I had Nyx on my list at one time, too, but revised it so many times–too many great buys!
