Tarina Tarantino Sparklicity Pure Opal & Pure Nude

This isn’t really a review, per se, of the Tarina Tarantino Sparklicity Pure Opal and Pure Nude sparkle powders, but I wanted to show you swatches of them. I had an inkling that Pure Opal would be similar to Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Jubilee, but OCC Jubilee is like a deeper, more mid-tone version of Pure Opal. Same color family, similar duochrome sparkling action, but not identical by any means.

Pure Opal is a sheer white tinged with blue that has yellow-green-gold sparkles. It sort of reminds me of watching the sun shine on fresh snow.

Pure Nude is a sheer peachy nude with yellow-gold-copper sparkles.

The Website Says:
“All sparkle is not created equal. Sparklicity Pure is total microcrystalline sparkle pigment to create fantastical sparkling effects. It can be used on the eyes, cheeks, face and lips.” XOXO, Tarina Tarantino, jewelry designer and makeup artist

  1. OMG, these two colors have been on my wishlist. Beautiful!! I think I would use the Nude one a lot, but the Opal is also really gorgeous. Thanks for the swatches!

  2. I love the Pure Nude color. It’s the perfect base color for the lid where you can wear it alone or with any other color. I love how it catches the light!
