The main difference that I see is that Status doesn’t have any fallout issues unlike Dust. I’ll be doing a side by side comparison post, too. Since I love the Silk Naturals eyeshadow formula, I think that these are great. They’re pigmented, easy to use, blend like a dream and wear forever on eyeshadow primer.

What do you think of the Silk Naturals Naked 3 Clone? Do you like that it’s vegan, talc free, gluten free, bismuth free, paraben free?

  1. I love the idea of this and I definitely like that they are free of all the nasty stuff. The only reason I would prefer the Naked 3 palette is the packaging and the fact that everything is in 1 place.

  2. So pretty! I ordered this as soon as I saw that it was out – I’ve been drooling over the Naked 3 palette and was hoping Silk Naturals would dupe it, but I didn’t expect it to happen so quickly! It’s so awesome to be able to get cruelty-free, vegan clones of popular palettes like these. I’m looking forward to the side-by-side comparisons!

  3. Oh no! I was holding out for a SN Naked 3 clone and I got impatient and just bought the UD version. Awwwwwww man!

  4. These look absolutely wonderful to me! I’d love to get some to go along with the Naked 3 pallette I managed to get last week. Thank you for sharing this information. I love the shininess of loose powder shadows and love that pink lpstick, too! I’ll have to budget for this set.

  5. I’d like to see side-by-side swatches so I could see just how similar these are to the UD Originals. Also what does “mostly vegan” mean? To me. either you are a vegan company or you aren’t.

    1. Some of their original products were made with ingredients like beeswax and silk. Their new products have not been formulated with those ingredients and they’re slowly phasing out a lot of the older ones. Each individual product page states the ingredients and if a product is vegan or not.
