Are Lipstick Queen, Nyx or Urban Decay Cruelty Free?

I made a video about – Are Lipstick Queen, Nyx or Urban Decay Cruelty Free? I talk about animal testing in China, why some people think animal testing was stopped in 2014 in China, and why it’s still happening. I look pretty awful in this video and in these photos because I’ve been sick. I also included a little personal update at the end of the video.

For those of you who don’t know, I support brands who are cruelty free, even if their parent company is not cruelty free. I think it will lead to the eventual elimination of animal testing. You can read more about my cruelty free beliefs at my Ultimate Cruelty Free Makeup Brands List.

Are Lipstick Queen, Nyx or Urban Decay Cruelty Free? Video

I know that the question of ‘is Urban Decay Cruelty Free?’ is going to come up soon because Urban Decay chose to not renew their Leaping Bunny certification. That’s why I thought it was important to address it in this video.

Hopefully the way I explained about the 2014 changes in animal testing in China will be helpful too. I know there’s a lot of confusion over what is or is not tested over there. Animal testing for cosmetics is definitely not an easy subject to talk about.
