Today I’m going to show you KBShimmer Quick and Flirty, along with Chick Me Out, from the new KBShimmer Spring 2014 Collection.

KBShimmer Quick and Flirty Nail Polish Swatch

Quick and Flirty- Every girl needs a good violet colored polish in their collection, and what better than one that comes with a rainbow!  This linear holographic offers full coverage in 2 coats, add a third for a deep lilac color.

My pictures were taken outside with no flash in the bright sunlight. Quick and Flirty applied easily and was easy to clean up around the edges, too. The linear holo is really strong in this one. I only used 2 coats. I did use a top coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top.

Chick Me Out– This bright yellow cream is the ideal shade to welcome warmer weather.  Full coverage in two coats, KBShimmer loves this under Rush Flower Traffic.

I know that yellows are supposed to be notoriously difficult. I found this color to be more difficult for me to apply, though I did get even coverage in two coats. It was also more difficult for me to clean up around the edges. I did use a top coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top.

$8.75 – Quick and Flirty
$7.50 – Chick Me Out

I’ll have more of these polishes to show you tomorrow. I really like Quick and Flirty. I think I need more practice with Chick Me Out to get it to look better when applied.

What do you think of KBShimmer Quick and Flirty with Chick Me Out? Do you like either of these polishes?

  1. I just can’t resist a purple linear holo, I have about ten different ones! I’ve never thought of pairing them with yellow though, they really set each other off, I love it 🙂 makes sense when you think of the colour wheel.

  2. Quick and Flirty is gorgeous!! I’m not a yellow fan personally though I’ll try them but I won’t buy them.
