Question of the Week – Which is better, Sephora or Ulta?
Answer – Aside from Sephora having Kat Von D, I prefer Ulta. The Ulta points system is actually useful because you get money back. Unfortunately, Ulta’s shipping still sucks and it’s very slow. Sephora’s shipping has gone downhill though, and things that say they’ll take 2 days still take longer.
