Alyx Black and Red Colorblock Dress

I wanted to share my Alyx Black and Red Colorblock Dress with you. I wanted a colorblock dress for a long time before I found this cute black and red one from JCPenney. While this exact dress is no longer available, I did find a very similar Alyx black and red colorblock dress that’s currently available. The wedge shoes I’m wearing above are black glitter, which I love to bits. However, I’d also wear this outfit with my strappy black heels.

I’m really an odd size in clothing. This dress is a 10 petite. I usually wear 10 to 12 petites for dresses. In jeans I wear 12 petites, as I have thick thighs. I’m in between the Medium & Large for most items that use those measurements. For t-shirts, I normally buy an XL if it’s junior sizing to fit my 36DDD chest. I guess I’m on the cusp of petite plus size.
