Stila Long Wear Lip Color Daring Review
Recently on a whim I purchased Stila Long Wear Lip Color in Daring. It’s currently on sale at Sephora and I snagged it for $12, which is hard to beat! Since you already know that I love the Stila After Glow Lip Colors, I decided that I should give these a try, too.
About Stila Long Wear Lip Color
This is a long wearing lipstick and lipgloss all in one. The secret is a blend of patent-pending polymers that provide long-lasting wear with rich pigment that glides on like your favorite lip gloss. The tip of the pen is contoured to provide easy, precise application—hugging every curve of you lip.

Daring is described as a burgundy wine and I think that’s a perfect description for it.
I applied Daring with a lip brush to my lips.
My Experience
While Stila claims this is long wearing, it makes no specific claim on hours. So I wore it to test that out. It did say it was moisturizing and wouldn’t dry out my lips. It lasted for 8 hours on me, through dinner and drinks, with only a tiny bit of wear at the center of my lips. I’d definitely consider this long wearing. It didn’t dry out my lips, but after I removed it (with an oil based makeup remover because it was stubborn), I definitely needed to put lip balm on my lips.
I think this is a pretty nice lip color from Stila and it’s definitely a steal for $12! It’s perfect for Fall!
