Pop Culture is very pretty and I think it is one of those shades that would look cool on a black base, too. I like Barcelona Beach as a crease shade on me with a bright lid. You could also apply it to your lid and crease, give yourself a cat eye, and go, too.

OBSESSED with Pop Cultre and homecoming. Latte looks amazing as well. They look so rich in pigment and I totally agree that Pop Culture would look badass on top of a black base. Simply amazing!

All over my eye lid, yes, maybe in a smokey purple eye! Or in crease, with softer shades like mint green…and Pool Boy OCC pencil for liner!!!!!
