bareMinerals READY Eyeshadow 4.0 the Elements Review

bareMinerals The Elements Quad Review and Swatches

A while back I went on a bareMinerals spree and bought several of their quads during a sale. Today I’ve got the bareMinerals READY Eyeshadow 40 the Elements quad to show you. I absolutely love the bareMinerals eyeshadow quads! This one, as the name says, has a color to represent each element – air, wind, fire, and water.

Now, I don’t feel like you could wear all four colors in this quad together easily. You can wear Air, Earth and Water together with no problem but Fire sticks out. And that’s ok, Fire works well with Sugarpill. I think Fire is an easy to wear orange and Water is an easy to wear blue. So if you’re nervous about color, you can wear these shades with confidence. Water would make a fabulous liner. Air is an easy to wear lid shade or inner corner highlight. Earth is a flattering lid shade.

The colors are very nicely pigmented and easy to work with. They blend effortlessly. On primer, I get 9 to 10 hours of wear before I see any fading and I don’t see any creasing.

Value
The bareMinerals duos are $20 for .10 oz of product and the quads are $30 for .17 oz of product. I think this is a pretty good deal becuase you’re getting 4 eyeshadows for the price of 3.

Overall, I think this is a good quad from bareMinerals and I’m glad that I picked it up.

What do you think of the bareMinerals Elements quad?
