A great reason to sign up for Prime Membership is for Prime Video. It gives you access to tons of movies and tv shows, plus exclusive Amazon produced shows. As you know, I cut the cable cord quite a long time ago. Between Amazon, Netflix & Hulu I never run out of things to watch.

Things I Recommend

  • Amazon Echo – I have Google Home & Amazon Echo. Both are great. Alexa (Echo) works as an assistant. You can shop through the Echo, create lists, listen to music, control your TV or lights (if you set them up) and more.
  • Kindle E-Readers – I love my kindle for reading books. It’s so light to travel with and it can literally hold hundreds of books, so you never run out of things to read. My first kindle was solely an e-reader and they have an amazing battery life.
  • Kindle Tablet – I currently have the Kindle Fire HD tablet. In addition to reading, you can watch videos and surf the web on the tablet.
  • TVs – last year Amazon sold a record number of 90,000 tvs on Prime Day. I think there will be some amazing deals available again.
  • Amazon Prime Phones – Prime Exclusive Cell Phones.
  • Macbook Pro – MACs are supposed to be marked down.

Now, I use my Amazon Prime Membership all the time. I shop on Amazon on an almost daily basis. They carry all the essentials I need. From computer parts to kindle books to cruelty free skincare for men, they’ve got me covered. And you know I love my CowCow dresses they sell, too.

  1. Thank you for doing this, Courtney! xo It helped me to sort through everything that was being offered!! I think Prime is so worth having for all the reasons you mentioned-I was able to take advantage of the Prime Pantry offer-Prime Pantry is so great because you normally save so much-they have a lot of the cruelty free cleaning products on there too-and just everyday things like you said…my mom needed a Law book on a specific topic and to be able to order Saturday night and get it on Sunday, we were amazed!..and then with Alice’s food-she has to have everything Blue Buffalo, and the food and snacks are both a lot of $-and you can get good prices on that, and I can get her shampoo too-a couple things that were on my wishlist were on sale so that was great, and I was able to find a new desk chair! I really love Prime video-I have spectrum for phone/tv/internet at home, and it’s too expensive to have showtime added on, for example-& I can watch my favorite series on there, lots of historical documentaries-and with Beauty you can get lucky and find things that with Prime that are 40% off, and also when it is Prime or at least Amazon fulfilled you know it will be authentic(the free shipping w/no minimum is great) sand books of course-I switched mine actually to monthly-so that is an option if you don’t want to pay for a year. But $99 a year is really great for all that you get. Prime Fresh is great too! If I had a “smart tv ” I would definitely consider doing the FireTV/Firestick thing…

  2. I saw that a couple of hours ago…I’m going to check it out tonight !! already have a post it on my desk so I don’T forget LOL.
