Hula Hoop

Yesterday my new Hula Hoop and Hoopdance Workout DVD arrived. My personal trainer has emphasized that variety in exercise is important. I’m walking 20 to 40 minutes a day, depending on the day. I’m hitting the gym 3 times a week and doing interval training, as well as weights. So after watching three of my friends, including Cris, enjoy the hula hoop, I thought I might give it a try.

I picked up a Weighted Hula Hoop and the Hoopdance Workout from Amazon, as these two looked like a great way to get started with hula hooping. I haven’t done anything like this in forever. I figure this will be fun for me to do once or twice a week.
