Her Fashion Box Review

I wanted to share with you an all new (to the USA) subscription box service called Her Fashion Box. I’ve been hesitant to review any subscription services after my previous bad experiences with Glossybox. However, Her Fashion Box is an Australian company and it mixes fashion and beauty together, so I was intrigued.

Her Fashion Box Review

Her Fashion Box was born from a passion to bring women the latest fashion accessories, trends and advice inside a box of hand-picked beauty and lifestyle treats, delivered to their door monthly like a gorgeous gift! The boxes cost $39.95 and are valued at over 110 per box. You receive 3 on-trend fashion accessories and at least 4 beauty deluxe samples tailored to your style profile. You can cancel at any time, there are no contracts.

The items I received.

Holographic Clutch

High-Voltage Clutch – $29.95
Holographic clutch. Super cute! I love holographic material like this. In my video I called it a makeup bag but they call it a clutch on the website.

Warm Glow Rose Gold ID Bracelet

Warm Glow ID Bracelet – $29.95
Rose Gold ID bracelet. I love the rose gold tone.

Chain Wrapped Bracelet

Chain Wrapped Bracelet

Wrapped in Chains Bracelet – $24.95
Black leather, delicate chain and chunky belt. This is definitely my style.

Queen of the Jungle Scarf

Queen of the Jungle Scarf – $24.95
Safari style with unique tiger face scarf.

Ulta3 Cherry Wine Lipstick

Ulta3 Matte Lipstick – $3.95 (full size)
Cherry Wine. Ulta3 is an Australian brand and my dear friend Kimmi of The Plastic Diaries confirmed that they’re cruelty free!

Urban Rituelle Soothing Body Balm

Urban Rituelle Soothing Body Balm – $6.50 (1.5 fl. oz., full size)
I received the Island Citrus scent that contains a mix of cucumber and chamomile, both are soothing and cooling for sensitive skin. It also has cocoa and shea butters, avocado and jojoba oils

I love Urban Rituelle’s testing policy!
“No, absolutely not. We do not conduct product or ingredient tests of any kind on animals, nor do we accept animal testing of any kind along our supply chain. However, we do test all of our products on the Urban Rituelle staff who are happily obliging!”

Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream in Medium – $8.99 (30 ml, full size)
This is definitely not cruelty free. I received the shade medium, which is definitely too dark for me. I think the lightest shade, Light would be too dark. There are only 5 shades available in this line.

Eyelash Curler

Eyelash Curler
Bright eyelash curler. Unsure of value.

Her Fashion Box Beauty Products

The value of my box is over $129.24 (since I’m not sure of what value to assign the eyelash curler).

Now, it says on the website that the box will contain 4 deluxe beauty samples and it looks like all 4 of my items are full size. I don’t know if this will be typical or if you will receive a mix of full size and deluxe beauty samples. It also says that you typically get 3 fashion items and I received 4.

One thing I do wish was that the box came with a card detailing all of the products included in the box.

Aside from the non cruelty free Maybelline product, I love everything else in this box and I think that this is easily one of the best subscription boxes currently available that I’ve tried. I really like the mix of fashion accessories and beauty products included in the box.
