This is just a quick tutorial on the makeup that I wore out Friday night when I went to the Nordstrom Beauty Event with NARS. I used Performance Colors Oilslick again. Love this color! It’s apparently the best sort of color to make my eyes appear more blue, since it’s a grey with blue tones. I still have a green ring around my iris, but the rest appears  more blue.

Soft Grey Blue Look to make Blue-Green Eyes Pop Tutorial How to Achieve the Look
1. Apply Performance Colors Oilslick to the lid and crease, blending out the edge in the crease with your finger tips.
2. Highlight at the inner corner and under the brows with BFTE Glistening.
3. Line the waterline with Buxom Hold the Line Call Me. Smudge Sugarpill Bulletproof into the roots of the upper lash line.
4. Add mascara.

You can tell in this shot that the foundation I’m wearing is too dark for my skintone :(

Urban Decay Anti-aging Eyeshadow Primer Potion
Performance Colors Oilslick – lid and crease
BFTE Glistening – browbone and inner corners
Buxom Call Me Liner – waterline
Urban Decay Big Fatty Mascara
Anastasia Lash Genius
Urban Decay Brown Sugar Brow Box

Kat Von D Lock-It Powder foundation in Light 44 (too dark for me)
Pixi Peach Beauty Box – blush

NARS Buenos Airs
Venomous Cosmetics Flamingo gloss

I returned the Kat Von D powder foundation in Light 44 after wearing it once because it was too dark on me. It had a nice finish, otherwise. I can’t say that it lasted 24 hours because it was removed after 6 hours so that I could have my facial.

I really love how Oilslick looks with BFTE Glistening. These shades are perfect together!
