Recently I had the opportunity to try out DermOrganic’s Texture Taffy (aka Windswept Defining Whip). It’s a texture paste that you emulsify in your hands and then run your hands through your hair to texturize and style.
Define, shape and texturize with this flexible fibrous paste. Create interchangeable styles and layered looks with ease. For texture, definition and control, place desired amount in palms, emulsify, then work into damp or dry hair to style. Hint: Emulsify in your hands for the level of control you want.

Does it live up to its claims?
Yes. It does a pretty good job of giving you a piecey, layered look. It smells yummy, like candy, but the smell doesn’t linger. This is the sort of styling product I prefer to use when I’ve got a pixie or a layered cut, to give me extra definition. I used this in my fringe and liked the results. The hold is pretty good, too.
Would I purchase?
Yes. If you’re a fan of piecey, textured looks, this product is great at helping you achieve them.
