I made this smoothie for lunch today from things I had in the house. In retrospect it’s probably a better breakfast food, but it was tasty!

Why yes that is a frozen Butterbeer mug.

Just 4 ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of old-fashioned Quaker Oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen dark cherries
  • 1 medium fresh banana
  • 4 oz V-8 V-Fusion Pomegranate Blueberry Juice

I am going to get adventuresome and try a green smoothie sometime soon. What is your favorite smoothie recipe?
