I did a simple look today to see how things would look with my new hair. I used the Darling  Girl color Surfrider on my lid and crease. In retrospect, I think it’s too yellow to use on my eyes like that, because it ended up making them look tired. It’s a pretty color, but doesn’t work well on me like that. Also, with my hair being vibrant and red, my eyes seem to get lost without more eyeliner. I think I need more eyeliner along my lower lash line, to emphasize underneath as opposed to my upper lash line. I felt like my eyes looked all but hidden.

I started with TFSI. Then I put Surfrider on the lid and crease with a fluffy brush. Next I put Fairylite on top of Surfrider on the lid, crease and browbone. I lined my eyes with Blacktrack, and used Midnight Cowboy for the inner lower lash line. I defined my brows with Love+ (such a gorgeous bright red!!!).

And here’s a picture of my hair out in direct sunlight.
